Job Overview

We’re looking for a full-time, in-person Graphic Designer to bring to life and communicate the vision of Free Life Chapel through dynamic visual design. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment, has the ability to design on-demand through original designs, creates with excellence, and has the capacity to execute the vision of others through design with clarity and speed.

You’ll create everything from sermon series artwork, social media content design, event branding, and print resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design weekly sermon series graphics, announcement/event slides, and social media content
  • Develop digital and print materials for events, signage, and resource materials
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team in ideation, creative meetings, and planning
  • Translate ideas into high-quality visuals that align with our church culture and mission
  • Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining excellence and detail
  • Maintain consistency across all visual content and uphold brand standards

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print design work
  • Ability to work from concept to completion—or take direction and refine an idea
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Flexible, teachable, and driven by a passion for creative excellence
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Participate and contribute in weekly team creative meetings
  • Must be a member of Free Life Chapel or willing to become one upon hire

Video Producer

We’re looking for a skilled Video Producer to lead our video production efforts, creating high-quality content for our services, events, and online platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TV production and editing, with the ability to lead teams and train volunteers effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, produce, and oversee the creation of video content for church services, events, and online platforms
  • Develop and implement production schedules and budgets
  • Train and mentor volunteers in various aspects of video production
  • Collaborate with church leadership to align video content with our mission and message
  • Ensure technical quality and consistency across all video productions
  • Stay current with the latest video production technologies and techniques
  • Manage equipment inventory and maintenance

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in TV producing and video editing
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing production teams
  • Ability to train and mentor volunteers effectively
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
  • Experience with live video production and streaming
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
